Questions about the plan.
Is this an annual maintenance contract (AMC)?
Yes — Tru is an AMC, structured as a monthly subscription rather than a paid-up-front annual fee. You get the same scope of work most Dubai AMCs cover, billed and adjustable month by month.
Why salaried technicians and not contractors?
Every Tru technician is on the payroll. That means the same face turns up to your home each visit, training carries over, and accountability sits with us — not with a subcontractor we'll never see again. It's also why our 60-minute emergency response target is realistic: our team is ours.
Are you licensed in Dubai?
Tru Co Technical Services LLC is registered with the Department of Economy & Tourism (formerly DED), with technicians operating under the relevant Dubai Municipality and DEWA registrations for each discipline. The full cert list is on our About page.
What happens if something we serviced fails within the year?
We come back free. Labour, diagnostic time, callout — all covered. If parts are needed, those are charged at cost with no markup. We don't get paid twice for the same fix.
What if I'm travelling when a service is due?
Most members nominate a contact or arrange a key-safe. We coordinate during the home visit so it's seamless from day one — and we send photo confirmation of every visit whether you're home or not.
Can a landlord cover the plan for a tenant?
Yes. The plan sits with whoever pays. Many of our subscribers are landlords; we talk to the tenant directly for day-to-day issues and copy the landlord on reports.
