FAQ
Questions about the price.
Why does the price depend on the number of AC units?
AC servicing is the heaviest recurring cost in a Dubai maintenance plan — three visits per unit per year. Pricing by AC count means a 2-bed apartment doesn't subsidise a 6-bed villa, and vice versa. It's the most honest unit of property load we've found.
What if I have more than 15 AC units?
Larger homes and small commercial properties are on a bespoke plan — same scope of work, priced after a site visit. Get in touch and we'll quote within 24 hours.
Is the price VAT-inclusive?
Prices on the calculator are quoted exclusive of 5% UAE VAT. Your subscription invoice will show the VAT line separately.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
Month-to-month, no contract. After your first billing cycle you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. We're confident enough in the service that we don't need to trap you in a year-long commitment.
What's not included in the plan?
Parts and materials are charged at cost with no markup. Renovation, structural work, and capital projects like a full AC replacement are outside the plan and quoted separately. Work outside the building envelope (gardens, pools, gates) is available as paid add-ons.
How do you respond to emergencies?
Unlimited 24/7 callouts, with a 60-minute response target in our four service areas (Jumeirah Park, Townsquare, Springs, Meadows). For non-emergencies, scheduled within 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, card payment, and cheque payable to Tru Co Technical Services LLC. Invoices issue monthly, payable within seven days.
